Terms of Service

These terms explain how visitors and authorized administrators may use Smart Careers Hub, a recruitment and job-publishing portal.

1. Job postings and applications

Published vacancies are informational and may be changed or closed without prior notice. Applying does not guarantee an interview or an offer of employment. Applicants are responsible for providing accurate information and submitting materials they are entitled to share.

2. Permitted use

You must not misuse the portal, submit malicious files, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other users, or impersonate another person. We may restrict access if misuse is detected.

3. Administrator publishing

Authorized administrators may connect company social accounts, subject to Meta's and LinkedIn's own permissions and policies. Publishing availability depends on the external platform's API access, authorization and service status. Administrators must have authorization to publish on the connected company pages.

4. Personal information

Job-applicant information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. For deletion instructions, see Data Deletion.

5. Availability and third-party services

We work to keep the portal available, but availability and uninterrupted delivery cannot be guaranteed. External platforms and email providers may operate independently of the portal.
