Request deletion of your data

You may request deletion of personal information submitted through this careers website or information associated with an administrator's connected social account.

How to request deletion

1. Send an email from the address associated with your job application or connected account.
2. Use the subject Smart Careers Hub – Data Deletion Request.
3. Tell us whether your request relates to a job application or a connected Facebook / LinkedIn account. For applications, include the job title if known. Do not email passwords, CVs or access tokens.
4. The administrator will verify the request as appropriate, review applicable retention obligations, and respond through the same contact channel.

What happens next

After appropriate verification, we will review and delete or anonymize eligible personal information and uploaded CVs, unless a legal obligation requires retention. For a connected social account, an administrator can disconnect the integration and delete locally stored credentials, subject to the platform's own retention practices. You may also remove access through the relevant platform settings.
